By using Payfusion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. This agreement forms a binding relationship between you and Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. We may revise these Terms without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to access and use Payfusion. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must oversee your use. We may suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some services may require an account. You agree to provide truthful, updated information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. Services and Fees

Payfusion facilitates payments via multiple gateways and channels. Fees may apply based on the service or integration used. By proceeding with any transaction, you accept the applicable service fees and charges, which may be updated at our discretion.

5. Payment Processing

Payfusion integrates with secure third-party gateways including, but not limited to: Stripe, Xendit, RazorPay, Paystack, PayPal, and Flutterwave. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and current. Failed or disputed transactions may lead to service disruption.

6. Use of Platform

You may use Payfusion solely for lawful, permitted purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform or access it in a way that could disrupt operations, security, or compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, branding, and code within Payfusion are the intellectual property of Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without formal authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Introducing malware or harmful scripts
• Tampering with system functionalities
• Circumventing access controls
• Using another user's credentials
• Engaging in fraud or unauthorized transactions

Violations may result in termination and legal recourse.

9. External Services and Links

Payfusion may link to third-party services or tools. Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for the content or practices of these external providers. You must review their own terms before engaging.

10. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to Payfusion if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Some provisions of this agreement may continue to apply beyond termination, including those on liability, intellectual property, and applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Payfusion. Our total liability will not exceed the amount of service fees paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the issue occurred.

12. No Warranty

Payfusion is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Revisions take effect once posted. If you continue using Payfusion after changes, it means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall still apply.
